Has it really been a year already?
The Defelice family live along the Bayou Teche which was a no brainer when choosing the perfect outdoor setting for their fall family session. As I wondered in their living room I realized color options were just perfect for her family. The pop of orange is not only perfect for fall but it also adds a touch of fun to their images. Below are the many images we captured in which we created a beautiful coffee table album for their home.
Just love this fall setup on the Bayou Teche. Looks like a magazine ad!Just as we were finishing…right at sunset… we had a visitor! A guy named Lance Elliott was paddling down the Bayou. We learned that he paddled muddy Missouri and mighty Mississippi with the final destination being the gulf of Mexico from Lawrence, KS. Of course the Defelice family could not let him leave without coffee and Gumbo! Lance allowed us to sign his paddle and he couldn’t leave without documenting the visit. Below is the image he snapped of us. You can read more about his travels on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/lance.elliott.1291
April and Mike- It was a pleasure visiting with you and capturing these moments with your beautiful family. It is these exact moments that allow me to live life to the fullest each and everyday. We never know what tomorrow will bring and I wake up everyday excited and thankful as it is a new day for new opportunity. I hope you will always enjoy your beautiful coffee table album and remember this day like it was yesterday.
